Told to change to EE when full fibre was available as BT is now EE, I needed to keep my BT email address and was told NO problem as we are the same company, all seemed ok, BUT I can't manage my emails when signing into MY BT - comes up with:

EE are a separate company within the BT Group.
I posted it on the EE community and it was suggested that I should post it on the BT community as it’s a bt email account
What do you actually want to 'manage'?
So that I can add another email address for my family
