I called and spoke to the account holder this morning.  I did try calling you too but you must have been busy.

I have chased our email team for an update on this and I'll come back to you in a couple of days once I have received a reply.

Hello Neil

As you will appreciate it is very tough at the moment and the funeral is not until the 10th June.   I can say that any emails I have sent to my mother in law last week arrived but in her SPAM folder.  So now they are arriving but need to go to her inbox, could you sort and email me and I will get back to you at a later date.

I understand someone from BT phoned Mrs Haddrick today and asked if all was okay with the email situation, could I ask as Mrs Haddrick is in her 80's and has a poorly husband that she is not contacted to check this?

Many thanks and if the emails can be directed to MIL inbox rather than SPAM that would be great.
