Hello Stephanie

I am replying this way as it will not let me via private message.

Thank you for all your help at this difficult time.   Just to let you know that I have managed to sort out the issue thanks to on line community help

Hi @polish 

Thanks for taking the time to update your thread, and good to hear that @gg30340's advice was spot on.

If you ever want to get yourself (or anyone else trustworthy who can act on her behalf) added as a contact on your mother in law's account, please get back to me and we'll get that sorted (we'll need to speak with the account holder before this can be done).
