Android version has no bearing on the problem.
You could always try a different app such as Blue Mail or Aquamail.
Yep correct settings. Understood about Android ver. but wanted to mention it was an old phone with limited capabilities & space for installing additional apps.
Probably easier to get a new phone.
New BT email app not showing up in Play store from my old phone. Possible compatibility issue? I am broadband customer etc & have BT email but not the premium paid for email.
If you are a broadband customer you don't need the paid for premium mail, that is the exact same product but for non broadband customers.
I certainly wouldn't recommend the BT Mail app, it is dire.
