BT refer to that answer as "Solved".
They think that this is all that we deserve as customers. Another example of disgraceful and vile treatment we are shown by BT, who remain hopelessly out of touch with what we need.
I have two e-mail addresses, and I used to be able to see at a glance which of the two I was viewing. One was Blue the other Purple; what could be simpler?
I'm 61 years old, so do not respond with some condescending reply - just re-instate the e-mail settings that we used to have; like sort by attachment.... which is another setting that BT have removed - the fools.
