You still have to open it in webmail before you can forward it though.
Correction, that is only for BTYahoo mail. For BTMail, if you tick the small square box beside the mail the forwarding and reply options appear.
You can of course also use an email client., but if all you want to do is safely pass the email to firstname.lastname@example.org then you can do this in the webail interface, just change your settings to not show images and if asked to send a read recipt select 'no'.
Also click the 'spam' button to tell the postmaster.
