emails being rejected by bt as spam and not even reaching my spam folder
Recently I am finding that emails from people I used to receive and in particular emails where I am on a circulation list are no longer reaching me. They are now going in to my spam or in some cases they are being rejected by BT and not even reaching my spam. I want things to be as they were but how do I do this as it would seem the change must be down to something BT has done? Thanks

Check that the errant email addresses and or their domain name is not on your blocked list.
To do this log onto your email account using a browser and then click on your username at the top right and click on settings. Once there click on Mail in the left hand column and scroll down to "Blocked Senders" and search through the list for the email addresses and the domain (the part after @). If you find them unblock them by clicking "Delete".
You should also add their email address to your "Safe Senders" list found in the same column.
