All emails suddenly disappeared from inbox. I have contacted BT by phone and online chat with no resolution. Reading the threads here I see others have had same problem and have been helped by a moderator. Please can a moderator look into this for me. Thanks for any help.
I'm sorry to see your emails in your mailbox have disappeared. If they are deleted from the server then there would be no way we can retrieve them from here I'm afraid.
