About a week ago I stopped getting emails to my business @btinternet.com address on my Huawei P Smart 2019. Sent messages stay in the outbox.
Email at my personal @btinternet.com address is still on my phone and functioning normally.
I can get and send my business emails on the web server, but the phone hasn't received any emails since 3/08.
I haven't changed any passwords or reset anything.
Can anyone help?
Do you have a residential bt broadband account or a business account? If the latter, you will only have Basic mail for your btinternet email addresses which is only available via webmail.

I have a residential BT broadband account and I've always been able to access my emails on my phone - up until last week that is.
