emails prior to 6th Oct.23 are missing from inbox

webmail - my emails prior to 6th October 2023 are no longer in my inbox or any other folder - read and unread. 

can anyone help ?

Do you access your email on any other devices such as mobile phone or tablet?

Hi, thanks for your replyi. just using webmail. Inbox says I have 300+ emails, only 99 are displayed . Those displayed are from 6th October onwards only.
