I had this from this morning. I solved my problem... it was down to my spam filter - Peerblock - blocking the company providing the new mail service. once i allowed Critical path inc ,after finding this on a google search,
You have just gone top of my Christmas list, mate. I, too, run Peerblock and it was indeed the culprit.
I have allowed Critical Path and can again receive email.

HI .... I am having this problem today, trying to sent emails from outlook.
I am not running a spam filter, and I dont appear to be blacklisted.
Can anyone please help and forward me links to fix?

Ditto here. Since Wednesday afternoon (17.7.13) no emails are exiting from my Outlook. I have not changed any settings (though have since attempted many to no avail). Incoming is fine. Currently using webmail but I don't want to use webmail... as with others, any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The solution mentioned regarding allowing Critical Path Inc worked.

Im getting this, ive allowed critical path inc. but still not working, the only workaround is to disable peerblock, anyone got a solution.
