My mail has suddenly stopped working on my iPhone. The error message is that the server btinternet is not responding.
I can ascend email by going via the web login but my mail in my phone isn’t syncing, sending or receiving mail.
any ideas on how to fix this?
I’ve turned phone off and on, changed passwords et c - no difference

Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?
If neither of the above your account will have been downgraded to a free BT Basic email account which can only be accessed using a web browser.
I’m a BB customer
I got it working by coming off the Wifi network and accessing via 4G
