on my BT account I created one BT email address, mostly out of curiosity, that I never really used.
A couple of months ago I decided to delete such unused email address and for the last 60 days or so the email address was tagged up for deletion on Feb 2nd. On Feb 2nd however the email was still listed in the "manage email" section of mybt, without any mention of the upcoming deletion and without showing any "delete" button.
Does anyone have any idea why BT would not delete the email address? It does not bother me much keeping an unused email address, but it looks some kind of a bug in the BT email management system.
