OK, since the New Year, emails recieved in reply to my earlier messages look fine when view on the BT inbox. But when downloaded into Outlook, the reply disappears but the message history section (i.e. my message being replied to) is in tact. This appears to be happening only from replies from Apple devices.
Any ideas if there's a fix for this?
