mail will not send since moved to new BT mail

message above is what  i get when attempting to send a normal mail to NORD VPN team. I have turned off the VPN so it is not that. This has only happened since move to new mail service???????

Is it happening with all your emails of just the one?

Did you try sending it first with the VPN turned on the subsequently turned it off? 

Are you using the "Reply To" function or is it a new email? If you are using the "Reply To" try sending a new email and not using the "Reply To" function. 

Have you checked that you have the correct email address?

Have you tried turning off your BT hub for about 15 minutes so that you get issued with a new IP address and hopefully connected to a different BT email server?
