I'm sure I'm being dim here but please point out where exactly??
I st up 2 new email sub accounts today. The first one shows up in the sub account list with all the others but the secnd one is not there despite me doing the exact same process to set up and getting the banner telling me the account had been successfully set up and I could now access the account and recieve emails.
I'm using the primary account. Have logged in and out again several times. Can repeat the set up process with the exact same details and get the confirmation acknowledgment each time but still no sub account showing in list.
