move a sub account to my current account

I had two BT accounts for a while but when one of the accounts was closed the sub accounts weren't moved accross properly.  I've since tried time and time again to get this sorted and spent hours on the phone or emailing, been given many promises but it's never worked.  I've stopped using most of the addresses now as they kept getting hacked and my password being changed, but there is still one 'floating' sub-account that I would like to be brought under my current primary address.  Are you able to help me please.

I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem. Once they have read this they may be able to help. They are a BT UK based team and if they can help they will reply via this thread asking you to contact them via a link. Once you have replied to them by the link, it can at present take up to five working days for them to re-contact you.
