Hi @martyndwinn Thanks for checking that for me and posting back.

Yes there are no emails linked to your old account now and that is expected as they are moved over to the broadband account.

Please check later that this error on your partners account has cleared and she has the emails linked to her account now. It looks that all has been completed at my end I just want to check that all is ok at your end.

Hi,

She is still getting error messages when trying to view email accounts from her MyBT. The email accounts themselves seem to be functioning fine, its just that she can't view or manage them. Not sure why, and whether it is temporary glitch.

Hi @martyndwinn Sorry you are not able to get logged into the online account to confirm the email addresses have moved. If the error message is still happening let me know and I'll get a fault raised to the bt.com team.

Yes, she is still getting "Warning. Sorry, because of a technical error we're not able to continue at the moment. Please try again later."    (we have screenshot of this box, but couldn't see how to include).

No clues whether it is configuration errors or user error, but she can't get past it.

Hi @martyndwinn Thanks for sending me over the screen shot. I've raised the fault now. It normally takes a few days to fix so I'll keep and eye on it and post back to get you to check once they fix it.

Melanie checked this morning, and I'm afraid the error is still there. No change as far as she can see.

Is there anything we can do to help diagnose this?
