Hi @martyndwinn The bt.com team are looking into this error you are getting again. They are having trouble replicating the fault. Please can you clear your cookies and cache and try again and see if the error persists.
Sorry, we still can't get anywhere with this. We have tried different browsers on different devices. Have tried clearing cache and cookies. Always the same error.
I asked some questions on the email we used before (questions I didn't want to pose on an open forum). I got an auto-reply saying the address wasn't monitored, though it is the same address we used before. I wanted some more details about the other plan you mentioned on the phone.
