You can turn on or off image loading or select only to load from certain users in the BTMail settings
Log onto your email account using a web browser and go to the settings by clicking on your user name at the top right then go to "Mail" in the left hand column and then to "Block Images". If it not already selected tick the box marked "Allow all Images" or another option that suits your needs then click on save
