new Email Set Up

Is any one else struggling with the new email set up? i seem to get all emails with the same heading grouped together in the view and I prefer them separate

I don't use webmail and am still on the BTYahoo system in any case, but there should be an option to de-select 'converstaion view' somewhere.

Log onto your email account and go to "change view" at the top right and click on it. Select "none" and click on "conversation view". This will stop the preview pane from showing and will stop the emails being grouped together.
