As regards "lumping" email accounts into one the short answer is no you can not do that but what you can do is decide which email account you actually want to use the set the other email accounts to forward their emails to that account. This would mean that you would only need to access the one email account to see them.

If however you are using an email client such as Outlook you can set all the accounts to be checked for email when ever you open Outlook.

If you have a Gmail account then you can go into Gmail settings and set it up to poll your other email accounts, you can also set labels so that all emails polled (say) from your BT account will appear under the label BT Email (or whatever you choose to name the label)
