The new BT email is a retrograde step. It takes twice as long to delete emails and move them to folders than it did before . I used to be able to see all my emails and delete ones that I did not either want or want to open, not now. What is the purpose of this UPDATE if it takes more time and is becoming more and more frustrating. Bad move BT.
There are a couple of ways to move emails to your folders. You can drag and drop them or in your list of emails, tick the box to the left of the email and then go to the "more" button at in the menu bar above the list of emails and click on it then scroll to "Move to " then "My Folders" then select the folder that you want to move it to. If you want to move more than one email to the same folder you just tick each one then go to "More" etc...
If you want to delete multiple emails in your email list you tick the box to the left hand side of the email in the list then select the "delete" button in the menu bar. This will delete all the ticked emails.
If you want to see a full list of your emails in your inbox you should go to the "change view" at the right hand side and click on it then select "None" which will remove your preview pane and just display the full list and click on "conversion view" which will stop all emails from the same person being grouped together.
