Hi i have sent several emails from my vodafone.com email address (as usual) over the last 24 hours to my btinternet.com address.
None have been received.
They are not in spam, out in my sent outbox in my vodafone.com email box, and vodafone.com is not blocked in my security settings.
Have BT blocked the vodafone.com domain please - as I am still waiting for these emails to arrive...
No BT have not blocked the Vodafone domain.
It might be worth while re-checking your blocked senders list for both the Vodafone email address you are sending from and even although you have checked, the Vodafone domain.
You should also add the email address to your safe senders list.
I have checked both of these points obvs. Not blocked in vodafone.com email address or in BTinternet.com domain. vodafone email address is already in the safe senders list. It would be great if BT provided an email service whereby you could receive emails - imagine that!
