not receiving emails in which I cc myself

all of a sudden I do not receive the following emails:

- ones that I cc myself on

- ones that I send to myself from another source

- any email that has been forwarded on to me (I know this as my husband forwarded me a few and I never received)

Make sure you have not blocked your email address or the BT domain.

Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it. Click on "delete".
