Hi @Annalong12  welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that you are getting this error message. To help us understand the issue would you answer the following questions.

What you are trying to do when you get this error?
Are you using webmail or a mail client like Outlook for example?
If webmail have you tried using a different browser?

Thanks
John

WHere are these files you're trying to access? Are they within the email system - and are they files you are expecting? What sort of files are they? E.g. pictures, documents etc

Apologies for not coming back sooner. These are folders within the email system into which I transfer emails after they have been read and/or actioned. for files, read folders eg Trash is one of them. Hope that helps.

Hi @Annalong12 I think we would be best getting our email experts to take a look at this for you. They may need a few screen shots of the errors and the types of files to help with their investigations.  I'll sent you a Private Message with details on how you can get in contact with the mod team.

Hi @Annalong12,

Thank you for sending in your details.

If possible, could you take a screenshot of the error when trying to access your folders?

Once you have take the screenshot, please post it back on this thread. Please make sure to blank out any personal information before posting that on the community.

Thanks

PaddyB
