one sub account migrated, the other not.

I have two sub accounts on my husbands main account, from when we all had subs for family use. I still use them for some things and  they are still active.  Access them via the Windows 10 mail client. Had notification that they were being migrated and it all went smoothly. Just took a look via webmail sign in and one of them is showing as BT Email and the other still as BT Yahoo. I was surprised as they are both sub accounts of the same main. Is this usual ?

Re: one sub account migrated, the other not.

Email accounts are being migrated on an individual basis. Your sup accounts will eventually be migrated but there is not a time scale for when that will happen.

You can change all the email accounts to the correct BT server settings now if you are not already using them which will save you having to do at a later date.

Re: one sub account migrated, the other not.

Thanks for that. It wasn't actually causing me a problem and I didn't have to do anything about changing settings with the one that shows as now being  BT Email. Just curious really. Wondered if it was alphabetic because the one that a changed was further up in the alphabet but may just be random !
