I have a btinternet.com email account BUT how do I setup and use an out of office automatic message
Solved! Go to Solution.
Log onto your BTMail account and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Auto Reply" and set you message etc then click "Save".

I've opened both email and MyBt but cannot find your suggested link
Also my account name is on he left hand side not the right.

You can try logging on with this link. BTMail
When you open BTMail using a browser click on your username, which will be your email address, it should give you a drop down box containing various options, one of them being "settings".
yes it works if the email address on the upper right hand side is 'clicked'
The drop down menu then lists 'mail' which when clicked gives an auto-reply
