we have a smart hub 2 and use outlook on both a MacBook and windows PC for email. About twice a week we are unable to send emails from btinternet addresses using outlook. Emails can be received, but not send. Tethering a PC to phone will enable the email to be sent and they usually go when we change wifi to BT with FON. Restarting the hub seems to cure the problem most of the time, but it is very frustrating! Any ideas on how to proceed would be most welcome.
