"We've detected some suspicious activity on your email account"

I tried to login to webmail this morning but was greeted with "We've detected some suspicious activity on your email account". The email account in question was created something like 15 years ago on my parents account so I've no idea who the primary account holder is or the answer to the ridiculously vague security question. All attempts to guess the security questions have failed.

I'm currently in the middle of a home move so it's vital that I access this email account ASAP as I'm currently in communication with solicitors etc.

My BT ID had the same issue but I managed to recover that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: I am still an active BT Broadband customer. I am moving my services to the new home but that isn't due to happen for a few more days.

Consider yourself very lucky, I am genuinely happy for you - mine is still unavailable for nearly a week now, and no help has worked.   Good luck with your move.
