sending mail

Suddenly I can't send mail - just sits in my outbox. Can receive mail. What to do ??

Hi @SwissSnow welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your BT email. How do you manage your emails, do you use an email client like outlook or your phone? 

Can you send emails if you log in to the BT Email website?
