I have noticed an issue with sent items not appearing in the sent folder.
Let me explain further:
I connected my new BT email with the iOS Outlook app (on two devices) and Mac OS Outlook desktop app (again on two devices). Everything is set up via IMAP.
I then noticed that emails sent from one of the desktop apps had not appeared in an iOS app.
So, I checked the other desktop app and the emails were also there in the sent folder but again in the other iOS app they were not present.
I then logged into the BT email website, and the emails were not in that sent folder.

Well I’ve just finished going through a lot of troubleshooting with a BT advisor and we fixed it!
It involved completely removing the accounts from Outlook on the desktop and setting them again which caused it to refresh. 🙂 very happy.
