Have been receiving a high volume of spam, n gmail.

I cannot removed it or unsubscribe it when I do this i get more spam it's not the same email,

I no its spam as I didn't enter any competitions.

Gmail as a big issue an won't admit its ther issue I'm getting fed up on the constant spam I'm receiving , I can't delete the account as its active on a few sites

It's also an account ive had for a number of years

I've recently came over from ee with less spam now it's more constant

If the spam is coming into your BTMail email account you should mark it as spam.

DO NOT unsubscribe from it. All you are doing is telling the spammers that they have an active email address and they will send you more.

Your post is not clear. If you are saying it is happening in your gmail account that has nothing  to do with BT.

I've read it, re-read it & then re-read it again.

I have no idea if your complaining about a BT email address receiving spam from Gmail or something completely different.

Maybe you're the one that needs to read it?
