spam in inbox

Since the recent upgrade I'm getting so much spam in my inbox. Even worse  its being recognised as spam, so why is it not going into the spam folder?

I'm sorry you're having problems with spam emails. I know how annoying that can be. How to deal with spam in BT Email will give you some advice which might help.

I know how to deal with spam. Im annoyed at getting it in my inbox marked spam. I then put it to spam and delete. Before the upgrade it went automatically into the spam folder.

I spoke on Facebook and was advised it was the new servers not remembering the old settings. It looks like Im stuck with it for now. At least I now know why.
