You can't stay logged in for more than an hour or  so because BT's email app is utter dog's toffee.

It's rubbish.

Unfit for purpose.

Utter junk.

As soon as I can find a way to preserve my email addresses without giving BT a penny, I'm off elsewhere, as they really DON'T seem to care one jot about customer service.

I say this as someone who has used BT for several decades.

They absolutely SUCK.

It has been the case for many years now that when you leave BT you can retain your email addresses.

They get "downgraded" to the BTMail Basic accounts which is FREE. It can only be used on a web browser and not by using an email app.

 @Oddbodkin I suggest you take this up with BT on 0330 1234 150. My webmail sessions stay active until I close my browser, therefore it's not a problem that affects everybody.
