I have mislaid the passwords to a number of my sub-email accounts.
I have tried to reset via the forgotten p/w route but it only takes me to resetting my BTID p/w.
I have been round that too many times!
I have been through the replies on the community site but cannot find a solution.
I do not want to call Help as Covid has depleted their resources.
If you done all the usual routes all you can do is contact BT email team on 0800.800.150 and they should be able to help if you are the main account holder and can answer the security questions.
