sudden inability to send messages with my signature

I all of a sudden have the following message, any idea if there's something I can do? Thanks

I tried to forward an email from TV Licensing which originally had been put by BT into Spam and got the same error. BT have apprarently gone a bit awol on spam. I was forced to edit the TV Licensing email removing images and any content I did not need, then it would forward. Maybe you have an image in the email which contains remote content.
