I've recently moved house and started a new broadband account.
BT closed my old broadband account although i didn't want them to.
i want to preserve my email address of *******@btopenworld.com.
i've been told that my account can be transferred to premium and flagged "no billing"
i can't do this online as it just give me a message asking me to call 0800 111 4567 - who simply trasfer me to the premium team - who simply don't pick up the phone [ 35 mins and still waiting - third try]
I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem.
I Have also asked them to remove your email address from your post. This is a public forum and you could end up getting unwanted emails.
Once they have read this they may be able to help. They are a BT UK based team and if they can help they will reply via this thread asking you to contact them via a link. They are very busy at present so once you have replied to them by the link, it can take 48 hours for them to re-contact you.
