This fiasco must be costing BT a packet to have both suppliers and some migrated and others not. It also means the support teams need to be prepared.

BT haven't helped the situation by their ridiculous insistance on linking account management to email with BTID. Trying to keep passwords in step betweeen the 3 (4 if you count BTWIFI) systems when 2 suppliers are involved must be a nightmare.

Re: unable to email btinternet addresses

Hi Andy, sorry for the delay been away! Thanks for the assistance. One.com said they have been in touch with BT as it seems a big problem for them... but BT aren't doing anything about it apparently.

I'll attempt to contact openwave... fingers crossed!

Thanks for all the help folks.

Re: unable to email btinternet addresses

It needs some high level clout from One.com to a high level in BT to try and unblock the drains.

Re: unable to email btinternet addresses

There are a number of threads on this or similar topics.

BT really need to get their act together and cooperate with other email providers.

One BT call centre even blamed "too many people downloading Windows 10"  !!

Any luck in resolving this  ?

Does anyone have an email address for Openwave to they have responded?
