I have moved info to to a newer i phone which included one of my BT email accounts.But the other account has not transferred properly and is not getting or sending emails.I tried opening a new email account but it says the btinternet is not responding after I have entered all the required info.On the phone it says" no mail " "updated just now 3 unsent messages "Help please.
Are you a current BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?
