Sat in Lisbon trying to access webmail which starts to load but then fails with "an unexpected error occurred", tried conversation mode but it still fails.
Wont collect on desktop outlook either...

Sorry that you can't access your email account.
Have you tried clearing the cookies and cache to see if that helps?
If you're still unable to access it then try setting up the BT Email App and hopefully you can view your emails ok.

I spent an hour on the phone with Tech yesterday and it turns out that because I had not logged in "online" for some time the account was closed!!! I use outlook for desktop.
This despite paying 7.50 a month up to the point it was closed.
Having said that this morning 380 e mails arrived in my outlook desktop account and all is back to normal
BT tell me my account doesn't exist even though I have an account number I think they have some serious issues with the management of e mail accounts, it was all so much easier with Yahoo
