I am stuck in hospital with an android phone I usually use mail servers but both no longer seem to update. I tried directly using web mail but although I can log on to my emails I can't see any emails just an on screen message to scroll down which does not work.
I am using Firefox as a browser
Have there been any changes over the last couple of days as it is important that I can see my emails as it is my only method of contact with the outside world there is no mobile reception and I am using the hospitals WiFi

Hi @Bob1001, sorry that you're having a problem accessing your emails and hope you're feeling better.
Are you still experiencing this issue?
Have you tried a different browser?
If you're still having a problem whilst in hospital maybe the Android Email App would help you get your emails and keep in touch?
Cheers
John
@JohnC2 Thank you,
I have managed to get on to email using Chrome which will get me out of trouble for a short while, could be here a long time, I think I am on the new email as I get a screen saying how good it is.
The app you suggested does not work as install is greyed out. My phone is Android 10
It is really difficult without a working mail server to have to remember all my email log ins.
Hi @Bob1001, thanks for the update and sorry that you expect to be in for log time. It's good to know that you've got access at least even though it's not ideal.
The Email App should work ok as it is available on Android 6 or above and you would be on the new email as the migration has been completed.
Best wishes
John
@JohnC2Thank you.
I am lost without the app but with it greyed out I don't know a solution.
Do you know of any way of contacting someone about the app.
Once again thank you for trying to help
Hi @Bob1001, have you set up a Google account? as that is only reason that I can think that would prevent you downloading it from the Google Play Store.
Download apps to your Android device - Android Help (google.com)
If that's not the cause then as you've had an issue with installing an app through the Google Play Store, you'll need to contact your device manufacturer for help.
Cheers
John
@JohnC2thank you
The app is now available.
Hi @Bob1001, that's great that it is now working for you, and I wish you a speedy recovery.
Cheers
John
