Investigating a friend's sync folders issue (outlook app) lead me to test webmail. 1. download and upload speeds fine. 2. wifi fine. 3. computer restarted - all updates done - working fine. 4. trying 3 browsers 5. trying alternative computer (mobile phone has sync problems so NOT tested with phone).
Painfully slow switching between folders; anything from 10-30 secs delay and sometimes "not responding" message.
The only thing i haven't tried is accessing his BT mail account via a different router/BT line.
Is this usually a computer problem, account problem (he has 12GB mail) or line problem? He's had the issue for a couple of months. Thanks.
