whats he easiest was to transfer 2000+ e mails from my inbox to be saved

Hi I have a friend with over 2000 e mails in his inbox which he insists he wants to save and read, whats the easiest way of removing them from his in box and saving them

If you mean save them on his PC,  then the only way is to download a free mail client such as Thunderbird or Claws mail and download them to that.

Hi @polly2. Without knowing if your friend is using an email client like Outlook it is difficult to suggest a solution. If it is Outlook then simply export to a new .pst file and clear the inbox. To read them, open up the exported file in Outlook.
