Are BT emails down

I can’t seem to access email via web or mail client

error message is server not found

Is there a service status page for BT Mail. Struggling to find it

Also can't access email.

There is no DNS entry for `email.bt.com`!

Have tried the message us (message now) on the email technical support page - the automated bot asks which service despite being told it is email in the initial message and doesn't have email as one of the canned replies.

I can't access emails through Office Outlook or directly to BT Mail. Is this a BT problem please?

Looks to be a problem with BT's DNS. Switching to a different DNS server, such as Cloudflair's, 1.1.1.1 provides a fix until BT fixes their DNS.

I can log in to My BT but when I click/select email (right hand side at top it says the server cannot be found.
