Email/dns issues when connected with wifi
Hi, having issues refreshing BT email app when connected using wifi. Cant even access email.bt.com
Works fine with data connection

BT are aware that email is down, back office are trying to fix it but it might take 24 hours.

Could you please explain how to change the DNS setting for BT mail - is that in the BT hub settings or on the local device settings. Thank you

Do not change anything. There is a problem at BT's end. If you change your settings you will only cause your self more problems.
