Email/dns issues when connected with wifi

@DazzyJef BT Mail is down, it might take 24 hrs to fix. Chat support asked me to use the app but I get a "No network available" message. 

I don't know what you mean by "Works fine with data connection".

Same in Dorset. 😩 So frustrating, I can see email notifications but won’t refresh. Using iPad and my phone.

Are you able to log into your email via BT Email Login?

If you have a mobile phone, switch off your wireless connection and use your mobile phone's 4/5g connection as this appears to be working.

same issue - it appears to be dns problems at BT. If you take off WiFi and use 4G access to sites restored..

come on BT  get this sorted.
