If you have a vpn, turning that on seems to help

Re: Are BT emails down

Same here. BT web mail page comes up "we're having trouble finding that site" and Thunderbird can't connect to the server. However mail on my iphone is working ok.

Re: Are BT emails down

As stated in messages 4 and 6, it's a DNS problem.

Re: Are BT emails down

I have just seen all these posts and its a huge relief. I thought I was getting hacked again.  I'm in London. Can't access email on BT email app, website says server can't be reached, can't get a reply from chat. It must all be down.

"Can't reach this page" when trying to login to BT Mail

Can't get into BT mail this morning - same problem on all devices: "Can't reach this page" on desktop, "the mail server is not responding" on iphone. The iphone message also refers to "Network error (DNS - 65,554). BT Broadband is fine, we have no problem accessing other sites. Is this a BT Mail server issue?

Re: Are BT emails down

It's not a mail problem, it's a DNS problem, if you use a different DNS server you will be able to access your mail.
