My BT not responding from website

Just had same problem using mobile
"this site can't be reached" but using my tablet is fine. Weirdly the URL address is slightly different, tried copying the working one (tablet) into the mobile but still got "this site can't be reached".
But can still use the mobiles mail app tho' it's very limited.

Same for me - tried tech support and totally useless ! I get message ‘cannot get mail’ net work error DNS 65,554 - just glad to know it’s not just me !

Cannot get e mail on main computer or mobile but can get them via Tablet using Bing

I tried messaging Tech support, they said it could take up to 24 hours to fix it
