Nothing working for me here in East Sussex either. This has been a few hours now. A bit disappointed at lack of response or fix. I just get ‘server not found’ when I try to access directly. Not working on any devices.
The app isn't working either
Same here, and flushing the DNS has No effect.
I found that it is not only email that is affected. Some websites are also not loading. BT should be communicating better to customers.
Thanks to advice here, I ran my VPN and all problems are gone which suggests a DNS or network routing issue with BT.
I can't access emails via wifi or on the app; I can only access via VPN
All of the sites I have seen not working, including mine, are using DNS services provided by godaddy. That is BT nameservers not resolving domains that are hosted by godaddy
Thanks for the VPN suggestion. Just turned on Norton's VPN, reaccessed Outlook and all emails came through. Weird.
